Haggle is the gentle art of the deal, and comes into play when The Player wishes to obtain a better bargain for their goods and services. The Skill level is based upon Willpower (WP).

- When negotiating Quest Rewards, the player attempts to use new dialogue branches with higher rewards

- High level and training in Haggle can substantially reduce the purchase price of a boat in Black Root, which is a possible partial solution to the Find Nasrudin Quest
