- Max Number of Followers (1 follower per 4 points of Charisma, rounded DOWN, minimum of 1)
- Note that there is a bonus of one extra follower spot for expert training in Persuasion
- Also Note that some followers do not take up a slot (quest, mechanical, summons, etc)

- The Bonus for reaching a Charisma of 20 is that followers will never quit the party; they will only leave if you disband them
